How it works

From a plain-language problem to a verified local TechXpert.

TechXperts is local-first. We look for a capable Bahamian provider before technology spending leaves the country.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Describe the problem, product or service in your own words. No technical terminology required.

  2. 2

    We send a Tech Beacon

TechXperts determines which verified local providers are relevant by category, island, remote availability and responsiveness, then notifies them — without exposing your contact details.

  3. 3

    Providers respond

Interested providers send an introduction, timeframe and an indicative price range. Providers that aren't a fit decline, so your list stays useful.

  4. 4

    You choose and connect

You select a provider and authorise the connection. Only then are contact details shared, and both sides see the connection in their portal.

  5. 5

    Confirm and review

Both parties confirm contact was made. When the work is finished you confirm the outcome and rate the provider.

What if no local provider is available?

We don't show you a dead end. Your request stays active while TechXperts keeps looking and our team attempts manual matching. It is logged as a potential local capability gap so the market can be built out. Only after reasonable local attempts is a request marked No Local Match.

Your privacy

Providers never receive your direct contact information from a beacon. They see the requirement, the general location and the urgency. Contact details are revealed only when you authorise a connection, and every reveal is logged.
