TechXperts is an introduction service. We match technology requests with local providers and facilitate the connection. We are not a party to the agreement between you and a provider, and we do not perform the technology work ourselves.

Provide accurate information in your requests, deal with providers in good faith, and agree scope, pricing and terms directly with the provider before work begins.

We do not guarantee that a qualified local provider exists for every request or that any provider will respond. Where local capability is missing, the request is recorded as a capability gap.

Only customers with a genuine connection may review a provider. Reviews must be honest and must not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading content. TechXperts may hide reviews that breach these terms.

Do not misuse the platform to harvest provider data, submit fraudulent requests, or contact people outside the purpose of an authorised connection. Accounts that do so may be suspended.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechXperts is not liable for the quality, timeliness or outcome of work performed by a provider, or for losses arising from your dealings with them.
