Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, phone, island), the content of the requests you submit, provider business and verification information, messages exchanged inside a connection, and product analytics events such as page views and button clicks.

To match requests with relevant local providers, to operate connections and messaging, to verify providers, to protect the marketplace from abuse, and to produce aggregate market intelligence about technology demand and local capability. Aggregate reporting never identifies an individual customer.

Providers do not receive your direct contact information when a Tech Beacon is sent. Contact details are shared only when you authorise a connection with a specific provider, and every disclosure is recorded in an internal reveal log.

Verified provider profiles and published reviews are public and may be indexed by search engines. Customer requests, messages and internal provider notes are never public.

We keep records for as long as needed to operate the marketplace and meet legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to privacy@techxperts.bs.

Access to data is controlled at the database level with row-level security, and sensitive fields are restricted to server-side, authorised operations.
